So I LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream and decided to try the recipe below with a few adjustments...so try it!
Okay so instead of adding chocolate powder to the sweetened condensed milk, add 1 tsp plus a drop or 2 more of mint extract and some green food coloring if you so desire. Add the rest of the ingredients like usual then freeze it in the ice cream maker. Halfway through add mini chocolate chips! It's YUMMY!

That is michael's favorite ice cream! I guess maybe we should invest in an ice cream maker sometime.
