PRETTY DANG GOOD COOKIE BARS!

You will need:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
36 Rolo Candies, halved (I actually used about 50 =))
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, nuts, and butter. Spread half into a 9x13 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until set.
Next, place the Rolos (cut side down) over the crust. Don't worry about setting them in nice rows, like I started to...it takes too long, so just place em randomly! Then, spread the remaining cake mixture over the crust and candies. Then, cook them for another 20 or so minutes or until they are golden brown. Cool and this is what you'll end up with! Yummy chewy caramel bars!! =)

That looks delicious, thanks for the recipe! I have one that I bet tastes a lot like that, except it's just plain caramel and chocolate chips in the middle, rather than Rolos. Yum!
